The post-electoral alliance made of Democratic League of Kosovo,
Alliance for Future of Kosovo and the Initiative are about to sign a
cooperation agreement with the Self-Determination Movement.

The leaders of this coalition spoke about this matter, while their candidate for Prime Minister, Ramush Haradinaj, declared that the agreement with the Self-Determination Movement is expected before the Parliament’s constitutive session of this Friday.

“There was an intensive communication these days, which means that are stances are getting closer to possibility of going together in this session. This stance will be reported on paper too, after we conclude the preparations for the session”, declared Ramush Haradinaj, leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo.

The leaders of the coalition discussed about the path their MPs will follow in the constitutive session of September 12th.

The leader of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, said that despite the voting method for the Parliament Speaker, none of their MPs will go against their party. He said he is convinced that he will be reelected as Parliament Speaker once again, despite the verdict of the Constitutional Court.

“We will go in Parliament and will respect all Constitutional procedures. We will find the space that has been provided by this decision, that the MPs must find a solution. We will give maximal engagement to find a solution at the Parliament of Kosovo. We will be stable with this goal”, Isa Mustafa declared.

The leaders of the post-electoral coalition are expected to hold meeting with the leader of the Self-Determination Movement, Albin Kurti, to discuss the details of the agreement, which should be signed before the Parliament’s session, based on the request of the Self-Determination Movement.
