The Democratic Party submitted a draft law for decriminalization at the Albanian Parliament.
Oerd Bylykbashi from the opposition declared that their will will not be stopped by Edi Rama’s and Ilir Meta’s weak desire to make it possible.
“The Parliament must vote these laws without further delay”, Bylykbashi declared.
The DP’s decriminalization report is based on the Venice Commission report and on a similar process that was used in Italy against the mafia, called the “Severino” law.
