The Democratic Party MPs have sued the Health Minister, Ilir Beqaj, for power abuse and for favoring one pharmaceutical company.
“Legal experts prepared a criminal report today against Minister Beqaj, over power abuse. The minister has given an order in 2014 to intervene with the terms of one of the tenders that is related to hospital medicaments”, said Jorida Tabaku, from the DP.
MP Vokshi appealed the Prosecution to conduct a thorough investigation, since citizens are also damaged through the low quality of medicaments.
