The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, declared during his national
tour with the DPparty structures that Edi Rama has plunged the country
in unemployment, poverty and misery.
Basha says that Rama protects only the interests of the mafia and crime, for which he referred to the waste import law.
“Three years ago Rama came to power with the promise that he would not import waste materials. Today he is doing everything possible for the citizens to not exert their referendum rights. DP will support citizens in this confrontation, not as a political calculation, but to give power to the citizens’ voice, a practice that we install in the government decision-making in the future”, Basha said.
Basha added that the main problem with today’s government is total irresponsibility, and that the only reason that Rama is changing his stance about the waste import, is the mafia that stand behind him.
