The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, said that the 31-year-old man
from Kamza who committed suicide, did it before he couldn’t pay for the
electricity. He promised that his party will not leave any child in the
dark, if they cannot pay for electricity.

“Klajdi, the father of a minor child, took his life because he couldn’t pay 80.000 ALL of electricity. This repeated drama should come to an end. We will not leave any family in the dark if they cannot pay. The government will cover up to 200 KW per month for the people in need”, Basha wrote.

The DP leader promises that food, water and electricity will be guaranteed under his government for every family, and citizens will never be forgotten and abandoned again.
