Opposition leader refused to comment confrontation between US Embassy and Prosecution General

The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, did not comment the mutual
accusations between the US Ambassador, Donald Lu, and Prosecutor
Adriatik Llalla.

“There has been an exchange of accusations which are still unclear for me. It is not my duty to comment them”, Basha declared.

The opposition leader said the concern for his country are the free and fair elections, a concern which, according to Basha, was confirmed by diplomats and justice institutions.

“We need to rise and protect free vote”, Basha said.
