The Democratic Party has concluded the process for choosing the leaders
of Youth Forums in various districts of the country. During a meeting
with the young winners, the opposition leader attacked the government of
Edi Rama.
“Edi Rama’s caravan of misery is headed towards the Orient steppes, and not the romantic one, but that of political abuses and gangsters. I hope that the Socialists will turn their path towards the West”, Basha said.
The Democratic Party leader his party is the only political force that brings democracy.
“I have decided to propose the National Council a 35% of youth representation in the next parliamentary elections. I have not given you more than you deserve”, he declared.
Basha promised that candidates of the DP will be elected through debates and primary elections similar to those in the USA, “to give Albania a new lecture of democracy”, Basha declared.
Basha invited the DP youth in a revolt against what he called “regime of oligarchy and corruption”.
