The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, gave a congratulatory message
to newly appointed President of the European Parliament, Antonio Tajani .
“Tajani is not only the vice leader of the European Popular Parties, part of which is the Democratic Party of Albania, but he is an extraordinary friend as well. As Vice President of the European Commission and as EU Commissioner, he has always supported Albania’s effort for economic development”, Basha said.
