The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, said that the opposition will seek dialogue, and will not follow political bargains.

“There will be a political dialogue through the European standard for free and fair elections, in order to end once and for all the old republic”, Basha said on the 47th day of protest, in which he met with small business representatives.

Basha underlined that the Albanian economy is destroyed by a government tied with crime and corrupted officials.

“The economic situation is result of a huge plot against Albanian citizens. The republic of puppets makes a puppet show, to steal the wealth of Albanians. The old republic is an economic plot”, Basha said.

The DP leader added that taxes were increased during these years, and no new job has been created with that money. On the contrary, he added, thousands of businesses were closed.
