Opposition leader: “Corrupted PPP agreements are suffocating the economy”

The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, declared on a Facebook video that the PPP concessions are suffocating the economy of Albania.

According to Basha, the corruption bill of PPP and concessionary agreements signed by the government so far reaches 2.18 billion EUR.

“463 million Euros in 4 years for PPP agreements and concessionary, increasing the public debt from 71% to 87% of the GDP. No one will enjoy the corrupted wealth with the anti-mafia law”, Basha warns.
