The Exit.al portal, managed by an adviser of the Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, published an audio-surveillance in which they claim that the Central Election Commission, Denar Biba, is asking the Albanian judge at the Strasbourg Court, Ledio Binaku, do influence about the cases of Albanian citizens.

The portal underlines that this conversation was held in 2014, and Denar Biba is telling Ledio Binaku that he was sent by Engjell Agaci, General Secretary of the Prime Minister’s Office.

“Engjell Agaçi, the General Secretary of the Council of Ministers, told me that I was closer than anyone to Ledi Binaku”, the audio says.

“He told me that I should ask you to help us with this”, Biba said.

The audio is one minute long, and, according to the portal, the CEC Chairman is heard trying to convince the Albanian judge in Strasbourg, talking about work, sacrifice and compromise.

The opposition leader, Lulzim Basha, reacted by accusing the Prime minister of blackmail. Basha said that Rama’s General Secretary and the CEC Chairman have broken the law.
