The Albanian opposition accused the government of undermining the state finances with the PPP concessions.
“PPP projects are destroying the budget. The government is incapable to make public investments and is moving them to PPP and concessions”, said Democratic Party MP JOrida Tabaku.
Minister of Finances Arben Ahmetaj said that the 7 million USD for offering free dialysis cannot be paid by citizens, but they will be paid by th budget.
MPs from the SMI raised another problem related to the budget spending, that of the miners’ status.
“We filed the draft-law for changing the miners’ statute and the government should have answered by now”, says MP Perparim Spahiu.
