It is clear that Albania will have to face not only Serbia on October
23rd, but also UEFA. Their delegates in Belgrade have not identified any
racist slurs against Albanians, although they were chanted during the
entire time by 32.000 Serbian fans.
The Commission of Discipline in UEFA will not investigate Serbia for racist chants. The news has been confirmed for Top Channel by a member of this commission, Rudolf Repka, who is also General Secretary of the Czech Federation of Football.
Top Channel asked the nine members of the Commission of Discipline to explain why the racist chants were not included in the investigations.
Only Repka answered, saying that UEFA has not identified any of this.
It seems that the delegate of UEFA and the referee have not told UEFA about what really happened in Belgrade. UEFA underlined that the Serbian Federation will be investigated for the fireworks and throwing of solid objects in the field, for the chants from the crowd, for the local fans who stormed the field, for failing to make a proper organization and the usage of lasers. But the Serbian federation will not be investigated for inspiring racism, because only the delegates of UEFA and the referees seem to have not heard the chants in the stadium.
