A day after the fierce protest in front of the state institutions for Klodian Rasha, the 25-year-old killed by the police, the authorities announce that 3 people were arrested, 8 were declared wanted for acts of violence, while 4 were released.
Police say they continue to identify the participants in the rally, some of whom are accused of 6 criminal offenses, such as illegal protests, opposition to police forces, disturbing public order, destroying property by fire or obstructing the circulation of vehicles.
The remnants of Wednesday’s protest in the square in front of the prime minister’s office are being cleaned by the maintenance employees of the municipality of Tirana.
The damaged end of year holiday tree has been removed, while the prime minister’s office outside doors have been blocked following protest damages.
The stones taken from the sidewalks with which protesters hit the police officers are being repaired by the General Directorate of Roads and Lighting. Traces of protest are also in Skanderbeg Square, with the destroyed tree of the end of the year holidays, but life around it continues normally, as the journalistst say ‘even without Klodian’.
Another protest is announced tonight on social networks, with the same cause ‘Justice for Klodian’.
