One arrested for a Vlora bank robbery, accomplice declared wanted

Vlora police has identified the thieves that robbed a commercial bank in town exactly one month ago. It also notified that has managed to arrest one of them, while another one is declared wanted.
The arrested suspect is named Kostandinos Shakaj, 37, from Kotë village, Vlora; while his accomplice is a 36 year old named Gaqo Gjini, resident in Vlora. Investigations showed both men stole a Mercedes with foreign plates one day before doing the robbery, and used the car to complete the robbery. Shakaj was filmed passing by the bank location one day before, while video footage has shown that the stolen Mercedes gets out of Gjini’s house the day of the robbery.
Police stated that Shakaj has previous criminal records in armed robberies, while the method and rapidity used by the robbers matches the profile of him and his accomplice.
