OMONIA leader disappears from Korce

Two days after the Court of Appeal approved his imprisonment, the head of the OMONIA in Korce, Naum Disho, has disappeared.
The news was reported by the Police, who said that they are looking for him. The border police have no data that Disho has crossed the border for Greece or any other country.
The head of the organization that represents the Greek Minority in Albania, Naum Disho, was sentenced by the Fier Court with one year to prison for violating the Boboshtica graves.
He was freed after the Court of Appeal accepted the case, until the end of the investigation. Together with Disho, the court reconfirmed the arrest of 6 months to prison for the two workers that constructed the abusive memorial for the Greek soldiers, by destroying many graves and by unearthing old human remains.
Although he might have fled to any of the neighboring countries, the Police did not officially confirm any version for his disappearance.
On Wednesday, OMONIA reacted through a declaration by considering the sentence a political imprisonment and by asking the immediate release of Disho.
