The Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani, declared that the Durres Court
has illegally given 45.000 square meters of land to the Selcuni family,
on the property where the “Omnix” company would build a tourist resort
at the Lalzit Bay.
Manjani accused the judges of removing the right of the Lebanese company to build on the property, which has blocked the construction.
“The responsibilities for this matter start from the Durres Court, which has never asked the Registrar’s Office or the Property Compensation Office to testify, which had leased this land to the company”, Manjani declared.
