Ombudsman Igli Totozani visited Erseka where he met with residents and local leaders.
Totozani underlined that they have been abandoned by government leaders, who have forgotten the needs of their citizens.
The Ombudsman visited the Erseka hospital and said that the purpose of this tour is to report their findings to the government and make them aware of the situation.
