Ombudsman appeals Mayors to take measures for the homeless

“We recommend municipalities to take all measures for preparing shelters or temporary homes for people with emergencies, or whoeever that needs help from the local government, with the purpose to prevent situations that might put their lives in danger”, Totozani declared.

The Ombudsman said the climate conditions will deteriorate in the months t come, and temperatures will drop, which makes these measures even more urgent.
