The Minister of Transports, Sokol Olldashi rejected the accusations of
creating a monopole with the international internet network.
Olldashi considered them as a blackmail that is being made against him by a media group, only because he had blocked them the construction of an illegal apartment building in the suburbs of Tirana.
“This building belongs 100% to Mr. Irfan Hysanbelli. The newspapers of this person have started attacking me right after this action”, Olldashi declared.
Olldashi added that he has sued the publisher of “Panorama”.
“I wrote Mrs. Ina Rama and suggested her to investigate everything written on that newspaper about me. Secondly, I have sued the publisher of the newspaper and the businessman Hysanbelliu”, Olldashi specified.
In the last two days, “Panorama” has published an order of Minister Olldashi who gives the monopole of internet cables in national roads to a private company, with exclusive rights for 40 years.
According to this newspaper, Minister Olldashi had nullified four similar agreements with other companies, leaving all to only one company.
