Oil prices in international markets marked another low point this
Tuesday, at 31 USD. BBC reported that the price initially dropped at
30.4 USD per barrel, but it was later stabilized at 31.26 USD.
This is the lowest level of the past 13 years, and despite the excessive market supply, the OPEC countries have not reached an agreement to reduce its production, due to the disagreements they have with each other.
This has made the price drop quickly, and experts say it will remain law. They say the world has accumulated huge reserves and even if there was a lower production, more time would be needed until the excessive oil is sold.
The price drop has been reflected to consumers all over the world, making a drop of 10 Cent (Euro), which is almost 15 ALL. But in Albania the price has dropped with only 5 ALL per liter.
