The police officers who arrived at the Patoku Lagoon after the conflict
between the Cali and Prenga tribes have testified in the session against
MP Armando Prenga.

Agim Vathaj, Gjon Kola and Lutfi Hima testified at the Supreme Court where they gave their version and said that Gjok Cali was wounded in his head, and he had told them Armando Prenga caused that wound.

The officers testified that they had been unable to take a declaration from Gjok Cali, since they heard gun shots outside. But they say they didn’t see Armando Prenga firing. Police officer Lutfi Hima said that there were 20-25 people outside.
