The Parliamentary Commission of Economy approved the draft-law for
pardoning the obligations that former military owe to the suplementary
pension scheme after the recalculations made with a law of 2010.
Minister Klosi said that there are in total 984 million ALLL pardoned to 5425 former military. The Democratic Party also agreed, but they asked the government to think about all retired people and index the annual price growth of basic food and consumption.
The law forced some former military to return part of the supplementary pension since the new formula change the calculations.
