Not even directors pay for energy in Kukes

Kukes has the highest percentage of people who do not pay energy.
The list of debtors has not only poor and unemployed families, but also leading government directors.
Most of the citizens don’t even have an agreement with the Distribution Operator to pay the current or due bills.
This was declared during a meetig of the Kukes Prefect, Safet Gjici, who declared that there will be no tolerance to these directors or workers.
There are 25 regional directories in Kukes that had a considerable number of employees. Although the respective Ministries have sent orders for paying energy, some of them have not started paying yet.
