Snow precipitations in southeast and northeast Albania are causing the first problems, especially with transportation.
The southern national road is open, but drivers are advised to be careful due to the icy asphalt. In the northern districts of Kukes and Diber the snow thickness has reached 10 centimeters in towns and 30 centimeters in higher areas.
The roads in all districts are open but all drivers are advised to use tire chains due to the ice.
The rest of the week will be with low temperatures varying from -6 degrees Celsius in Tirana to -16 C in southeast and northeast.
