No more vans, only buses for intercity travel

No vans will be allowed anymore to transport citizens from one city to
another, starting from January 2017. The Ministry of Transportations
says the citizen transportation will be done only by buses.
“There are more than 300 lines that will cover the entire travel flux. There will be frequent departures”, said Bujar Kotri, from the Road Transportation Sector.
Although buses will be licensed by the Ministry of Transportation, municipalities will have to decide for the location of their stations. Buses should not have less than 19 seats.
8+1 vans, according to Kotri, can register to municipalities for offering taxi services or rural transportation of citizens.
