No electricity since morning / Power returns to Durrës and south of Albania

As of this Thursday morning, Durrës and the whole south of Albania were left without electricity due to a breakdown in the transmission system and in some electrical substations of the main cities.
But from the reports of Top Channel journalists it is learned that in the city of Gjirokastra, Fier, Lushnja and Vlora electricity has been restored.
Meanwhile in Vlora only 80% of the city is supplied with electricity.
OSHE also announces that it has returned power to the area of Durrës, Golem, but the energy has been restored by implementing the restoration protocol, initially supplying facilities of special importance, such as Hospitals, Water Supply, state Institutions.
