No control over dangerous dog breeds

There is an open debate throughout the world about aggressive dog reeds,
such as Pit Bull, Rottweiler. Although there is no control in Albania,
the debate has not started yet officially. Five people appear each week
at the Tirana Hospital only for dog wounds.
Specialists at the Ministry of Agriculture, the Veterinarian Directory, say police should seized these animals if they are not held with a mask and leash.
Three days ago, a Pit Bull attacked a child, and the father saved him by shooting the dog dead. But during this process the father wounded a person, and is now wanted by the police.
Veterinarian say that animals who receive love and don’t get violated, are not aggressive to people.
