Nishani demands repeal of “Property Law” at the Constitution Court

President Bujar Nishani sent a request to the Constitutional Court for repealing the property law.

The news was made public on the official website of the President, who explains that he considers the law as against the Constitution.

President Nishani has returned the same law for a review in Parliament, with the same arguments.
