Newest opposition party announces participation in elections

The coordinator of the Democratic Conviction in Albania, Astrit Patozi, declared that his party will run in all municipalities for the June 30th elections.

“It will be a frontal battle, against every candidate of the majority. We will have candidates in every municipality. We shall not rival the right-wing candidates. Our only opponent is Edi Rama”, Patozi declared.

“Our decision is based on our conviction that the only way to bring down this government is by attending the elections, rather than abandoning them”, Patozi declared.
