Prosecutor General Arta Marku has removed several Prosecutors from their duty, people that she apparently sees as close to former Prosecutor Adriatik Llalla.

Marku has removed Agron Gjana as Chief Prosecutor of Durres and appointed him to Puka. He was replaced by Donika Prela.

Similar movements took place in Fier, Kukes and Elbasan, where old chiefs have returned to their previous duites, while the new ones are appointed on duty by order of Prosecutor General, a novelty brought by the judiciary reform.

Ardian Nezha was appointed in Elbasan, who had been removed from the Serious Crimes of Puka.

Dritan Gina, who was appointed in Elbasan, returned to Tirana to his older post, a movement that he opposed.

His wife, Rovena Gashi, was also removed from her duty as Director of Jurisdictional Relations and was appointed Prosecutor of the Decriminalization Sector.

Gashi has rebelled to the Administrative Court, claiming that the order was not justified.
