The new proposition made by the EU and US ambassadors, Donald Lu and
Romana Vlahutin, has returned all parties at the negotiations table for
the justice reform.
The Democratic Party MPs have expressed their consensus for this proposition, although no detail was made public for the media.
The Democratic Party Parliamentary Group met after a meeting that Basha had earlier with the EU and US Ambassadors. The diplomats then presented the draft to the representatives of the Socialist Party, Gramoz Ruci and Fatmir Xhafaj.
The readiness expressed by Socialists made negotiators return to the Parliament.
The European Parliament rapporteur, Knut Fleckenstein, who has been following the recent events. He declared: “The proposition is on table. My advice is to end discussions and vote it”, Fleckenstein writes on Twitter.
