The “Italia” square behind the “Qemal Stafa” stadium in Tirana is
changing after an investment of the Tirana Municipality, which will turn
it into a payment parking area, administered by the municipality.
Mayor Veliaj says that every revenue will be invested in bicycle lanes and green areas for the city.
Veliaj said that the parking space will be used by the citizens who visit the Artificial Lake and the surrounding areas.
