New jobs to be advertised on the media

How can the job market offer employment through the media? Often young
people and parents have no information about the market requests, what
jobs are offered, where they should be oriented and why unemployment
figures count 30% of young people as unemployed.

”Risi Albania” has undertaken an initiative to see media as the connecting bridge between youth and the information they request .

“The statistics are scary, while the other paradox is that foreign companies or big Albania companies are unable to find the right people for them”, declared the media expert, Lutfi Dervishi.

The information about the job market exists, but it is sporadic and often not clear for everyone. The job market will be a new business for the media, focusing more on youth.

“The project aims supporting the media, with the subject playing the role of co-investor, the ones who encourages and makes communication easier. The return from this investment will make possible the creation of a lucrative business for the media by offering information on the job market”, declared Edlira Muedini, Director of “Risi Albania”.

Consultant Nazim Rashidi underlines that this is a good and lucrative possibility for the media, which will also have a good social impact on youth.

“There should be clear identification of the information about the job market. Some examples are the information requested in the market or about the payments. Many young people and parents don’t have information about how much will they be paid”, Rashidi declared.

Foreign experts have brought their experience, showing how some media outlets in Europe play an important role for the job market.
