In Durres was inaugurated today the new terminal of the most important
port in the country, with a cost of 21 million EUR and a capacity of 1.5
million passengers.
Present in the ceremony was Prime Minister Berisha, who declared that this terminal would be the gate of European Albania and of the entire region. Berisha declared that the philosophy of his government is to invest in a time of crisis.
“We inaugurated together the new terminal with a cost of 21 million EUR, with an advanced technology and architecture. This is a modern port for this port that has been here for thousands of years. Durres is a thousand years old port, but in its history, nothing has been better than the terminal that we inaugurated today”, Berisha declared.
