The Greek Foreign Minister, Nikos Kotzias, declared that they agreed with Albania to change the maritime border between both countries.

In an interview for the Greek television, ERTV, Kotzias insinuated that Albania has accepted to enlarge the Greek territorial waters with 12 marine miles.

Kotzias said he is hoping for the pact to be fulfilled before Easter, a time when the Greek Prime Minister, Aleksis Tsipras, is expected to visit Tirana.

The Greek Minister considered the dialogue as very successful so far, while works for the Greek cemetery have already started.

As for the Cham case, he denied that there was any topic in discussion. “The Albanian delegation raised it as a discussion problem, but we refused it and that was it’, he declared.
