New accusations against Fatmir Limaj

The Special Prosecution of Kosovo has launched a new accusation against
defendant Fatmir Lima, for war crimes against civilian population.
This is about the murder of two civilians, Ramiz Hoxha, from the Bellanica village, and Selman Binishi, from Banja, Malisheva. They were both taken from the Bellanica mosque and were executed near the Kravasari village.
Fatmir Limaj is charged of not taking the right measures to stop the murder of the two citizens, as Commander of Brigada 121 of the Kosovo Liberation Army.
The charges specify that Limaj had seen the bodies of the victims, he knew about the crime, but he willingly did not take any measure to find the authors or start a prosecution.
