The meeting of the Albanian Prime Minister with 12 MPs at the government
office was seen as a counter-response to the declarations of MP Tom
Doshi.
But Pjerin Ndreu and Parid Cara, 2 of the 12 MPs rejected this perception in an interview for Top Channel.
“This is a common meeting that the Prime Minister holds with MPs. It is not the first time that we meet him for various issues. We consult issues and relations of the Prime Minister with the MPs, and problems in our electoral areas. It is very normal for the Prime Minister to meet with Mps,” Ndreu declared.
“Each MP has the right to give his own declarations. We have other problems today. If a Minister does not open the cell phone, it is not a problem of the Socialist Party. Our concerns are the problems that the electorate is facing. There are cases when not everyone is happy, but this should not cause troubles or accusations. I don’t see any bad behavior from Ministers”, Ndreu added.
The MP of Kavaja, Parid Cara, doesn’t see the critical voices of the Socialist Party as a problem.
“I was part of the meeting with the Prime Minister. Everyone has the right to express his own opinion in the Socialist Party. These declarations are not a problem, but destructive. We should focus on the elections of this June”, Cara declared.
