“NATO doesn’t want to get involved with the talks between Kosovo and Serbia, but their soldiers are ready to respond to any kind of situation, if the events happen to escalate”, said one of the NATO commanders, James Foggo, who is currently staying in Kosovo.

The US Admiral, commander of the NATO forces in Naples, said that there are 4000 NATO soldiers who are ready for everything.

“I don’t see any threat to Kosovo’s integrity”, said Foggo during a press release at the KFOR military base near Leposaviq.

“KFOR is very strong and we don’t see any problem in the near or distant future”, he said.

When asked by journalists about the constant articles for a possible division of Kosovo, he said that those are political questions that need to be resolved through the Prishtina-Belgrade dialogue.
