National Guard officer promised money for jobs

Halili was a National Guard officer, tasked to Guard the Minister of Education. He has promised two Korce citizens that he would employ their relatives in exchange of 3000 Euros.

Two citizens have reported the defendant, after not being able to get employed. They say they contacted the defendant and paid him in early 2014, and reported him in October 2014 after he failed to do what was promised.

The defendant has been suspended from his duty.
