Narta residents unhappy with compensations

Narta residents say the former government took their lands and
compensated them with a ridiculous price. For this reason, they rejected
the government compensation.
Margarita Koco, administrator of the former Qender Commune, said behind cameras that the compensation was not made because most of the residents don’t have property certificates.
But this is not the only problem. Residents complain about waste materials, which, residents say, are cleaned only once in five months.
