The Minister of Justice, Nasip Naco, used once again the media to
communicate with the President, as Chairman of the High Council of
Justice, and appeal him to appoint the Vice Chairman of the HCJ as soon
as possible.

“The request I made to the President has fallen on deaf ears . The law is not being implemented. Those who think that their interests have been damaged, do not discuss the law to implement it. I want to appeal the President once again the implement the law”, Naco declared.

A few days after the Constitutional Court repealed the fourth article for the HCJ law and returned Cefa’s persistence to return at the HCJ, Naco sees this as a desire that cannot be realized.

“I am convinced that the majority will implement the Constitutional Court verdict and will make the respective changes, but I don’t think that anyone saw the return of Mr.Cefa in duty. This case is just for amending some parts of the law”, the Minister declared.

The HCJ suspended the judge of Kavaja, Osman Aliu, who is being Prosecuted by the Tirana Court; discharged the Pogradec Judge, Dhimiter Pojanaku, the only official sentenced by the Court of Serious Crimes for corruption.

The Minister of Justice declared that Judge Gjin Gjoni, also member of the HCJ, will not escape from justice.
