Arges Lici and Dritan Buzo, from Tirana, were left in prison for failing
to report a crime and for cultivating drug, one week after the
mysterious death of a person in Shen Gjergj.
While the Prosecution is waiting for the coroner’s report, to determine if Besnik Pudja was killed or if he committed suicide, another suspect was arrested by the police.
Halit Dusha, was arrested by Police Precinct 4 for the same accusations, while the Prosecutor demanded arrest in prison until all suspicions are proved.
The Prosecution referred to the court the confession of Lici and Buzo, who declared they were employed by the defendant to build a barracks, but they also said three plants of cannabis were found at the site where the victim was found.
The suspects declared that Besnik Pudja was playing with his gun, and that he often used to shoot towards himself. The Prosecution is not convinced, and is now investigating for a possible murder.
After Halit Dusha, a third person was arrested in this suspicious case. Police said that he, Pudja and some other persons may have cultivated 3000 plants of cannabis in Ure Kollagjesh.
The father of the late said for Top Channel that his son was a worker, not a cultivator.
