The Tirana Municipality introduced a project for encouraging the
employment of youth. A 1 million USD fund will credit new businesses for
employment.
“The Tirana Municipality will present to the Municipal Council the approval of a 1 million USD fund that will be used for crediting new businesses and small and middle enterprises. With this fund we plan crediting the small and middle businesses that cannot find access to the banking system, since they cannot offer collateral or due to specific banking requests in Albania. We want to fund new businesses and existing businesses to encourage innovation, to create new jobs and to encourage the role of women in the economic enterprising”, Bozdo declared.
