Today were uncovered the details of the suit filed at the Court of
Tirana by PM Berisha’s children, Shkelzen and Argita
Berisha, against the Socialist MP Sajmir Tahiri.
The suit is based on a declaration that MP Tahiri released on 7 October 2011, when he said that Sali Berisha is corrupted and that his children are involved in his corruption affairs.
Shkelzen and Argita Berisha pretend moral damages and unjust psychological perturbation due to slander and offence.
Prime Minister’s children also say that they have suffered existential damage of their personality, honor and public reputation.
For this damage, based on the Civil Code, Berisha’s children asked 4 million ALL each.
