In the session against himself and MP Pjerin Ndreu, the Socialist MP,
Arben Ndoka, apologized to the public opinion for the scene, but not to
MP Strazimiri. After apologizing, Ndoka tried to justify his action:
“Although these episodes have taken place in all European Parliaments, in all legislatures of the Albanian Parliament and in other countries of Balkan, I want to remind you that Strazimiri has been part of several physical conflicts inside the Parliament, together with other MPs”, Ndoka declared.
Prosecutor Adnan Xholi mentioned another sentence against Ndoka by the Court, which the MP considered as another attack: “They are using these documents selectively, as they have done for the past six months”, Ndoka declared.
The Democratic MPs were optimistic for the session, thanks to a verdict that rejected the request of the defense for not taking in consideration the video in which Ndreu and Ndoka are seen hitting Strazimiri.
