MP Frroku obtains special permission from Prosecution

MP Mark Frroku, who is actually under house arrest after the High Court
decision for the Doshi case, will be present on Thursday in the
Parliamentary session for a second investigation, because the General
Prosecution requested the authorization for his arrest.

The Council on Rules of Procedure, Mandates and Immunity approved yesterday the request of the Prosecution giving way to his arrest, meanwhile MP Frroku demands to be present so he can give a speech.

Due to his house arrest MP Frroku can’t move without obtaining permission from the Prosecution. This Wednesday the Investigation and Criminal Charges Directorate of the General Prosecution gave special permission to Frroku.

In this document issued they stated that Frroku must participate during the plenary session of the Albanian Parliament that will take place on Thursday at 10:00.
