One month after a massive landslide covered one side of the Tirana-Elbasan highway with huge rocks, new landslides were seen this January, which shows that the area is very unstable.
The Albanian road authority has demanded a complete study of the site in order to find a final solution.
The geology study is complete and the report was sent to the Road Authority, which is cooperating with the World Bank for an intervention.
