Monopoly with vehicle inspection service

The Technical Inspection of Vehicles has turned into a living hell for
the citizens of Tirana, with some being obliged to sleep in their cars
while waiting in queues.

The Vore-Fushe Kruje road has turned into a parking lot for the vehicles that stay in queue for the only technical inspection point in Tirana.

Citizens are obliged to wait 24 hous and sleep in their cars.

Irritated citizens ask the government to end the monopoly and open new inspection points.
