The Interior Ministry reacted after the declaration of the Democratic
Party MP, Enkelejd Alibeaj. They say that the confirmation of Frroku’s
identity in Netherlands was done only this Thursday.
“The State Police is always working with the reforms, to serve every citizen without distinction and to bring any law offender to justice. The Frroku case shows the good will of the State Police to do its work according the law. The Albanian authorities have communicated with our partners and as soon as we had a signal for his whereabouts, we sent to Netherlands his biometric data for comparison, and his identity was confirmed yesterday. The arrest was declared and the extradition procedure started”, the Interior Ministry explained.
The Ministry appealed the Democratic Party to allow justice to work against any kind of crime, without distinction.
